Payment for Services
Payment:
If your pet requires admission to hospital for any treatment, your treating veterinarian will provide you with an estimate of costs at the time of consultation. We will provide a signed consent form to proceed with treatment of your pet, at this time we ask that a deposit of 100% of the lower end of the estimate is paid upon their admission to hospital and that payment of your account is completed in full at time of your pet’s discharge.
If your pet is treated as an outpatient, full payment is required upon the finalization of the consult.

- Credit cards (we aren’t able to accept American Express and Diners Club)
- Payment plans are available for approved applicants through VetPay and Zippay
We appreciate that the costs of veterinary treatment can be expensive if extensive hospitalisation or surgery is required and without any subsidies from the government sometimes costs can be prohibitive. When your pet becomes sick out of hours it is stressful enough, so to reduce any additional stress associated with payment, we have partnered with VetPay and Zippay. Our trained Client Care Representative can answer any questions about which payment plan may be most appropriate for you and can facilitate the processing of these for you.
