Originally from regional Queensland, she moved to Canberra in 2017, bringing with her a solid background in finance and administration. Since joining CVES 18 months ago, Paula has thrived in her role, finding joy in the dynamic environment and the opportunity to support people and their pets during challenging times.
With a lifelong passion for animals, Paula is dedicated to making each client feel heard, cared for, and reassured. She values the unique connections she builds with both clients and their furry family members, taking pride in every interaction.
