Scout is one of our wonderful nurses, working tirelessly to help veterinarians with daily tasks. They joined our CVES team over 2 years ago. Scout wanted to be a vet when they were younger, being inspired after watching Dr. Harry with their grandmother.
They started their career in the animal industry working in cat boarding, then trying their skills in a customer service role at Petbarn, and eventually joining our team as nursing assistant. Through training and education Scout moved into a more suited Nurse role at CVES. Scout is passionate about their studies and learning, as they are currently pursuing a certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. Scout loves the emergency side of the job and is excited to gain more experience with CVES, in particular pathology and radiography.
Scout is very experienced with owning exotics. They loves rats and frogs. In their free time Scout loves listening to music and collecting different specimens
